We offer the services of S308 strike off and member winding up for Sdn. Bhd., which includes -
1) striking off insolvent (negative shareholders’ fund) and inactive companies under S308 of the Companies Act 1965
2) advice clients in preparing the management accounts that complies with the requirement of Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM)
3) assist clients to liaise with Inland Revenue Malaysia in obtaining the tax clearance letter for those companies having tax file.
For those solvent companies (positive shareholders’ fund), the companies have to be wind up under S254 of the Companies Act 1965. We will be acting as the company liquidator and assist client to wind up the company under the requirements of the laws. This service also includes obtaining the tax clearance letter from the Inland Revenue Malaysia.
